Legal Agreement.

All orders are binding. When you place an order you are accepting responsibility for all costs that are incurred. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail for the products that you have ordered. Storm-discount will notify you within three business days when an order cannot be accepted.

Price Inquiry.
All price inquiries made at storm-discount are valid for three business days. The price inquiry always includes the product price, shipment costs and possible additional costs. Prices used in the price inquiry always include VAT

Product Prices.
The products are in EURO and are excluded TAX/VAT and shipping costs. All shown prices or product descriptions are subject to typo errors, please be sure to contact storm-discount about any errors.

Payment.
Storm-discount will process your order after receiving your payment. It is also possible to use Paypal through our email address purchase@storm-discount.com to make your payment. Orders will only be processed after your payment is received and confirmed.

Shipment Cost.
All shipment costs are based on actual shipment prices. We can send by UPS priority mail or TPG-post.

Delivery.
Your order will be shipped when your payment is confirmed. The delivery may take up too five business days unless the item is not in stock. Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will notify you of the expected date of arrival. You may contact storm-discount concerning delivery prior to your order if you wish. Delivery time may be less than five business days if your order is in stock, in either case, storm-discount will notify you. Once your item(s) have been delivered you are obligated to accept the parcels from UPS or TPG-post. If you are unable to accept the delivery, your item(s) will be stored at your expense until such time that a delivery can be made. Storage fees, S&H costs may be added to your order.
Please be sure to check your parcel(s) for damage. If you notice any damage, it is your responsibility to notify storm-discount and ensure that UPS/TPG-post completes a damaged goods form before returning the parcel(s).

Returns.
Returns are only accepted within five working days in original, sealed packaging. You will be charged for S&H on returns. Faulty products can only returned to storm-didcount when they are new, unused and in the original packaging. Any damage that occurs after you have received your item(s) is only covered in any warranty you may have with the manufacturer.

Warrenty.
Storm-discount warrantees will never exceed that of the manufacturer and will only cover item(s) of equal or lesser value. Storm-discount will not honour any claims due to misuse or damage to products if the claim exceeds the value of the product in question.

Unforeseen Circumstances.
Storm -discount has the right in case of any unforeseen errors to delay, suspend or cancel the order placed by you. In such an event, you will be notified by email of the details.

Liability.
Storm-discount is not liable for any damage to products by misuse or during normal usage of the products. Storm-discount is not liable for any damage caused by use of our products.

Privacy.
Storm-discount takes privacy seriously. At no time will your personal information be divulged to third party organizations. Storm-discount will only use your personal information for payment of products and shipping. Confidentiality is a high priority.

Appropriate Rights.
Storm-discounts is based in the Netherlands and therefore are under Dutch laws. Any disputes that require legal action will be handled by the Netherlands legal system.

Disclaimer.
Storm-discount takes great care in updating the website and understand that errors do occur, but we cannot be held liable for how third party organizations use the information on our site (prices, statistics, links, etc.) in any way. We are not liable for any consequential damages (both direct and indirect) due to errors on our site that have been used by third party organizations.
